Dion Bailey grew up in West Covina where he enjoyed playing basketball at a young age. In high school he continued to enjoy basketball and developed a passion for it. After high school he proceeded to play basketball in junior college and finished his athletic career at Utah State as a Guard. Dion comes from an extensive coaching and business background, working with professional to amateur athletes on all levels.

Coach Dion’s philosophy is to instill purpose, passion, and growth within each team and individual that he works with. He believes that your calling is something you are attracted to, something that you are passionate about, fills you with joy, and sets your heart on fire when you are doing it.

Alex Yee grew up in Stockton and moved down to Orange County to pursue a career in the actuarial field. At a young age, he developed an interest for basketball and his love for the game has continued to grow. He has most recently volunteered as an assistant coach for two Upward Rec teams.
Why I love to coach:
Alex loves the game of basketball as well as working with kids, so this is a perfect opportunity for him to do both.
